This is a legal, non-transferable agreement between you, the original purchaser of this software product and Blueprints Worldwide Limited (hereinafter called BPWW). By using this product (opening or importing of any one file) for the first time you accept the terms of the software licensing agreement and the limited warrantees. Please read carefully the following terms and conditions BEFORE using the product. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement as listed below, promptly return the package along with the written materials to your supplier.
International copyright laws and treaties that pertain to computer software protect this product. This software is licensed for the exclusive use of the original purchaser at a single location on a single computer. You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the software, or any copy, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided in this licensing agreement. You may not sub license, assign, or transfer the license of the software without the prior written consent of BPWW. We authorise you to make backup copies of the software for your archives, only for the sole purpose of protecting your investment from loss. You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivate works based on the written documentation included with this product. If you plan to use this software on an electronic network, please contact BPWW regarding volume discounts and site licenses.
This licence is effective until termination. This license will terminate automatically, without prior notice from BPWW, if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you shall destroy all written materials and all copies of the software, including any and all backup copies.
BPWW warrants that the enclosed medium, upon which the software is recorded, shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The software and accompanying written material as well as user instructions are provided ‘as is’, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and BPWW specifically disclaims the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. BPWW entire liability and your exclusive remedy as to the medium shall be BPWW option to either: (a) return the purchase price or (b) replace the medium which does not meet BPWW Limited Warranty. If failure of the medium has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication, BPWW shall have no responsibility to replace the medium or refund the purchase price. BPWW does not and cannot warrant the performance and results you may obtain by using the software. Neither BPWW nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage (including damage for loss of business profits, business interruption and loss of business information). Other than the above Limited Warranty, BPWW makes no other warranties, whatsoever, either legal or conventional, expressed or implied, with respect to the licensed software.
You are advised to thoroughly learn and test the licensed software before relying on it. You assume the entire risk of using the licensed software. The images on licensed software have been produced from technical information supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst the utmost care has been taken during creation to ensure accurate measurements the manufacturer and distributor of this licensed software accept no responsibility for loss of time, money or materials due to inaccuracies. It is recommended that you check the measurements before any work is carried out. Inaccuracies may occur due to incorrect information from your customer regarding vehicle make and model, changes in the manufacturers model range or during the import process.
