Making a purchase

By ordering any item from us you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and if you are under 18 years of age you must not order items from this website. All item descriptions and illustrations are provided in good faith but are intended for guidance only and the actual items may vary accordingly. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to keep all prices up to date we reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any price change will be communicated to you before dispatch of the item. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, choose an item and click on Add to Cart. You can then choose whether to Continue shopping or proceed to complete your purchase and pay. We accept payment from Visa credit, Visa debit, Mastercard credit, Mastercard debit, JCB, Visa Electron and Maestro card types. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you. Accepting the order and completing the contract

When you place an order to purchase an item your order represents an offer to purchase that item which we may choose to accept or refuse. Your order does not represent a legally binding contract.   All items are offered subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat, not an offer for sale from Impact GS. The steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:   Before you proceed to Paypal,  you need to read and accept our terms and conditions in relation to online shop sales. You then complete the PayPal payment process to submit your payment details securely. Your order will be placed when you have completed the payment process. You will then receive an email from PayPal confirming that they have taken your payment card details and forwarded all the order details to us. Shortly afterwards we will send to you an email acknowledging your order and detailing the items you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or a legally binding acceptance of your offer. The completion of the contract between you and us will only occur when we send you the confirmation of dispatch of the items ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it (see below for cancellation procedure). An order may not be accepted due to one of the following: The item(s) you ordered are out of stock, Authorisation cannot be obtained for your payment, or We have found a pricing or product description error or change. As soon as we discover any of the above we will contact you by email and set out the alternatives available.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless goods are faulty. If this is the case, please email us (info@vehicleoutlines.co.uk) or call on 0345 470 20 20 upon receipt of your order and we will replace faulty items by return.

Shipping And Handling

All items are freepost, you will not be charged extra for delivery.   Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days [of confirmation of receipt of payment]. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.   Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. Please note that if you are ordering for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such duties and taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination.
